Eldon Students Selected for Central District Honors Bands

Honor Band

In October, around 330 students from all over Central Missouri auditioned for the Central District Honor Bands. 
Eldon was honored to have 14 students, who as a result of a rigorous audition process, were selected for one of the two bands.  The following students were selected and participated in the bands this past Saturday:

Eldon Speech and Debate Team Takes 1st Place Trophy

The Speech and Drama team started the new season this past Friday at Stover High School.  Out of the fourteen schools EHS came home with the 1st Place team trophy.  Warrensburg High School came in second followed by Helias High School at third place.  Individual winners include:

Salute to Veterans Scheduled

On Thursday, November 10, 2011, the 5th Grade of Upper Elementary will be honoring our veterans with their grade level program, “Salute to Veterans”.  The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Upper Elementary Gym.
